The Promise of Life’s Value

Read the Bible through:
AM –
Exodus 3-4 PM – Matthew 13:1-23

Because God Gives Breath to All
Job 12:7-10

In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind
(Job 12:10).

The traveling exhibit on the Holocaust is a train car used to take the Jews to concentration camps. As one walks into the train car, he can not help but feel sad. I once heard on a documentary that spy pilots flying over the massive graves and carnage were in disbelief of what they had witnessed. They could not fathom anyone could have such a disregard for human life. They knew the value life was priceless.

We are God’s creation. Every breath we draw is through His mercy. We are in the very hands of God. He holds “the breath of all mankind.”

Thank You, God for the gift of life and every breath I take.
