Laura accepted Christ at an early age. She has always been unusually perceptive and possesses deeper insight than normal for her age. She is well aware that Jesus, on the cross, paid the penalty for her sins. At night when her parents pray with her, she thanks Jesus for dying on the cross. It is a heartfelt prayer of thanks from this little seven-year-old child.
Laura wants her friends to embrace Jesus as their savior, too. This has been evident in her having led three of her classmates at school in praying to accept Jesus as their Savior. Laura does not have an adult understanding of theology, but she does know Jesus personally and truly desires that others also know Him.
