Notice the series of promises in today’s key verse. Because God is faithful, we are assured of these helpful truths:
· Personal prayer is heard and answered by God. Whether we pray for protection, peace, or people, God will respond.
· When trouble comes, God is present. In times of sickness, disappointments, losses, and other situations, He is near.
· God will deliver us from whatever threatens to enslave us. We have His assurance of freedom from all bondage.
· God honors the faithfulness of His children. Those who love Him and seek to be true to Him will be rewarded bountifully.
